We’re Jeffrey & Veronica, two young adults who turned our passion for pets and grooming into a thriving business. Our journey together started in the Petsmart Grooming department, where we worked side by side as coworkers. Over time, we bonded not just through our shared love for animals, but also through the shared struggles of working in an environment of unprofessional treatment towards animals and workers with irrational work hours were the norm. Despite the challenges, we learned a great deal about grooming, but we knew we deserved more.

After facing these tough conditions, we decided to take a leap of faith and start our own grooming business. With just the knowledge we had gained from Petsmart and a few other small shops, we went for it, determined to build something better for ourselves and our future. We didn't have much, but we had a dream — to provide mobile grooming services that were more personal, more reliable, and better for the pets we cared for.

Our first big challenge was figuring out how to bring a full-service grooming salon right to the doorstep of our clients. With a lot of creativity and determination, we managed to cram all the necessary equipment into our old 2010 Honda Accord. Sure, it wasn’t ideal, and there were plenty of bruises and injuries along the way, but it worked. We knew that starting with what we had was the only way to get the ball rolling toward owning our very own grooming van.

Months of hard work paid off when we finally caught a break. A partner company offered us a "grooming van" for rent — not without its issues of course, but it was a start. The van was poorly built and required constant repairs, but we were determined to make it work. We quickly learned the ins and outs of the van’s mechanics, keeping it running and on the road, all while continuing to serve our growing community. It wasn’t easy, but every challenge we faced made us stronger and more committed.

Just when we thought things were looking up, we were faced with a difficult decision — the contract we had with the partner company was being renegotiated, and the new terms were beyond our control. This could have meant losing all the hard-earned clientele we’d worked so hard to build. But instead of giving up, we decided it was time for the biggest leap of faith yet — buying our own grooming van.

It wasn’t a beauty queen of a van, but it had potential. With all the skills, lessons, and experience we had gathered over the years, we were able to bring it back to life. And with that van, we breathed life into our dream. Today, we’re proud to offer a top-notch mobile grooming experience with the care, attention, and passion that every pet deserves.
